Hi, my name is Dave Osborne. I'm co-owner of Osborn spray service. We've been serving the Tri Valley area for over 60 years. In the pest control industry, we provide general pest control, meaning ants, fleas, cockroaches, earwigs, nuisance pests around residential homes, and commercial buildings. We also handle rodent issues as well. So, we're a family operation, have been from the beginning. My son and I run the business right now, and we're a small operation. We're not huge, and we pride in our response time to our customers' needs. That, I think, is one of our biggest assets that we have. Just a few months ago, I do all of our rodent inspections and rodent work for a company. And this nice lady in Crow Canyon Country Club, when there are communities around here, she had called me. She was in her 90s and she was desperate because she had been getting ripped off by another company for a rodent work. And I went out, and I took a look and realized that they were setting traps for no reason. There was no rodent activity whatsoever in her attic. And I didn't charge her at all because I felt like she got taken enough, and she was very happy about that. And then next thing you know, I started doing work for all of her neighbors. Actually, my favorite part of the work is when we get done with a job. Most of our customers are very pleased, and that's satisfying when you solve people's problems.
