We're a comprehensive roofing service. We do everything from re-roofing, repairs, maintenance, gutters, photovoltaic systems, anything that has to do with the roof. Mr. Roofing Inc. started as a family business. My father started it 20 years ago, and we still are a family business, just maybe a little bit bigger. It sounds cliche, but we really care about the customer's experience. That's what we focus on. We really go out of our way to take care of our customer. Everything from the initial phone call, all the way through completing the job. We're always investing in state-of-the-art equipment, so for example, we install a lot of green systems, sustainable single-ply systems. We have robots that ensure that the installation process, there wouldn't be a human error defect. All of our guys are certified, they're factory certified, they actually pass tests, written exams on the particular products that they install. One of the ways that we ensure quality is we have a zero-defects policy, and the project manager will actually, at the end of the project, walk through the job to make sure that everything that we promised was done. So when we're all complete, what we do is we register the warranties, and the factory, the manufacturer, will actually come out and check our work.
