So we started Morley Frederick's Real Estate in 2013 after being in corporate real estate for 15 years. Our company really came about from learning a lesson selling foreclosed properties through the recession. I quickly realized that as a broker there's one thing that that job lacks and that's accountability. So we would see brokers sell properties after they close just walk away. And I thought my gosh that's really not a great business model. So we started our company in 2013 with the idea that we would put our money where our mouth is. Our primary areas of focus geographically are San Francisco, Marin, Sonoma County, and parts of the East Bay. The reality is when we have a relationship with a client and they ask us to help them with something out of the area, whether it's in Oklahoma or Montana or New York, we assist. So, I think the primary reason why you would hire Morley Frederick's over our competitor is our experience. We just flat out have a much broader range of experience than every company out there.
