My name is Jim Kelly. I'm the co-owner of Kelly Plumbing and Heating along with my wife, Anna. Kelly Plumbing and Heating is a full-service heating and air conditioning contractor. Some of the other services that we offer are complete indoor air quality analysis. We offer full duct cleaning of residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems. We offer energy-efficient audits using thermal imaging cameras, missing insulation from attics, and leaky ductwork. We do have some very advanced diagnostics equipment, including laser particle counters, different air meters that we can measure and take samples from customers' homes, and recommend appropriate action. Whether it's going to be duct cleaning, which we offer, and advanced whole-house air filtration systems. We recently had a customer who gave us a call, and they were interested in finding out about getting a new furnace installed. She said she had another company out that told her she had a cracked heat exchanger. We were able to go out with our equipment and do a complete diagnostics of the equipment using our fiber optic cameras. We used carbon monoxide detectors, did a complete evaluation, and the furnace was only seven or eight years old. We were able to safely say that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the furnace. We recommended some cleaning. Unfortunately, in our industry, there are some companies out there that are out to, let's just call it as it is, scam people.
