[Music] we're a heating and air conditioning contractor the services that we offer are are furnace installations and repairs air conditioning installations General sheet metal which includes gutters and down spouts and flashing we also install air filtration products and humidification products for our customers we've been in business for 25 years so we have a lot of field experience it's a family-owned and operated company so we give you that family feel that we would expect if somebody was coming into doing work in our home when we come into somebody's home we like to present them with different options and let them choose a system that's best going to fit their needs uh we're also very big into Green Building and try to design systems that are going to be energy efficient and improve their air quality for the customers the average homeowner has a furnace that's in their home that's most likely 60% efficient the new furnaces are 80 all the way up to 95% efficient so the average homeowner can save anywhere between 25 cents to 35 cents on the Dollar on their P gen Bill we ensure quality by following up with our customers we call them on a regular basis if we've done a service call for you we call you the following day to check in to make sure you're happy and to see if you had any questions on an installation once it's complete our our service technicians and installers go through a 18o check to make sure everything's running efficiently and correctly and we also follow up with the customer on a regular basis to check in within and to make sure they're happy with everything we've had customers over the years that we've kept for over 25 years um that's our biggest goal is to keep our customers happy and have repeat customers over 80% of our customers are repeat customers we don't do a lot of marketing advertising we rely on doing good work the first time and having them come back to us again and again we are Innovative mechanical and we strive for Perfection for our customers we won't stop until you're happy
