Hi, my name is Richard Cordis, owner and operator of European sales and service. We do Mercedes-Benz only, from lube services, oil, and filter to Major Engine Services. We do air conditionings, climate control, heating system, water pumps, suspension, brakes, transmission repairs, engine repairs, valve jobs. You name it, we do everything for Mercedes-Benz. And we work on from the old classic Mercedes-Benz to the late models 280s, 280 SLS. Uh, you name it, the very old cars to the brand new cars. We have the latest diagnostic equipment enabling us to work on your vehicle. Uh, it helps us to do the right job the first time and accurately and in a timely manner. We have as much information as possible for the uh, technology. We have the equipment to fix your cars and we fix it right. Recently, we had a customer come in for a suspension complaint. She took her vehicle to another repair facility. They could not diagnose or find a particular noise in the suspension. We found it, saved a lot of money. Very pleased. I think one of the main reasons why we could do you good service is because we've been doing this for so many years. We've helped our customers. We know exactly what we're doing. We're Diamond certified. Our hours of operation are from 8:00 to 5:00, but many times I'm here to 5:30, 6:00. So if I know you're on your way to pick up your car and it's late in the evening or perhaps on a Friday night, many times we'll arrange for you to pick up your car after hours. Or sometimes I'll be here if you need rides to and from your place of employment, to and from your place where you live. We can accommodate you in that manner as well. We offer free estimates. We'd love to have you as a customer. We will take care of you.
