[Music] Hi, my name is Blank Candoo. I am one of the co-owners of Environmental Pump Services. Environmental Pump Services is a septic company that offers residential septic service and minor repairs, along with restaurant grease trap service cleaning and pumping, fry oil collection, and wine waste removal at wineries. We try to make sure that everything that we collect, as much as possible, gets recycled into alternative energies, whether it's being used for through a digestor into turning into electricity, or like with the fry oil that is getting reused into biodiesel, and so everything we try to use is environmentally friendly. We don't use any chemicals. Any bacteria treatment that we offer is all environmentally friendly. Um, and just just good, clean bacteria. We focus on educating our customers and letting them know the dos and don'ts about their systems. For instance, septic systems. What you should be putting down the system and not. Um, on the restaurant side of it, where we do grease trap services, we help our customers understand how exactly their grease traps work, what they should do and shouldn't do. Um, so we go over and above what our competition would do as far as education and just making sure that our customers know exactly what they have and what they should and shouldn't do with their systems. We do a very high-quality job. We, we educate our customers. Um, our job is very thorough, very complete. We do complete pump outs of the tanks on both sides, where a lot of our competitors like to short pump and leave as much in the tank as possible. We stay to the end, even if it takes us an extra half an hour or whatever it takes to do a complete, thorough job the very first time. We want to make sure that the customer is getting what they pay for. So we bring our customers out and we give them a complete rundown of their system so they have an idea how it works. Our phone is on 24/7, so if you ever have any questions, I answer the phone personally. I will help take care of you. If it's emergency, we'll get out and get you taken care of.
