Hi, my name is Matt McDonald, owner of Elevated Comfort. Elevated Comfort is a heating and air conditioning company in Sonoma and Marin County. I've been in business for about 6 years now. We offer installation of heating and cooling in residential homes. We provide service, emergency service, and also maintenance. So, to all of our customers out there, why do you choose Elevated Comfort? When I started my business 6 years ago, I wanted to focus on getting five-star reviews. We want to put our customer first, do anything that we can to make them happy. Everybody makes mistakes, and what we do really well is if we make a mistake, we fix it. We have a lot of processes in place so that doesn't happen, but when it does happen, we do take care of our customers. One thing about our team is we hire people that we like and we respect. Over the years, we've been able to have a really rigorous uh training process with all of the installers, everybody in the staff, on our sales team to provide a five-star service every single time. So, Elevated Comfort started 6 years ago in my garage. I saw some things with uh other companies I worked for that I wanted to do a little bit better. I wanted to focus on reviews. I wanted to focus on quality. I wanted to be one of the leaders in the market for that. Been fun going from my garage to my wife's office, and then as we grew, now we're here in Cotati in a much larger shop. I'd say one of the things that our customers are most fearful of is overpaying or just not getting the quality that they paid for. And so, when we run calls, we we have zero pressure on our customers. We usually tell them to, you know, get three bids, go ahead and look at everybody's reviews, make sure they have their license intact, insurance intact, and ask around. You know, go on Facebook, go on Nextdoor. Ask their neighbors who they've used, who they like. You know, word of mouth is a huge part of our business. So, if you're shopping around for heating and air conditioning and you see this video, just give us a shot. Get three bids. Try to find three of the best contractors out there.
