My name's Kenneth Bailey, and I'm the owner of Allstars Pumping and Engineering. At Allstars, we provide a variety of septic services to our residential and commercial customers, with diagnosis and repair on all gravity and pressurized systems, as well as system inspections, camera work, hydro jetting, all the way to a complete new installed system. We built our reputation on customer service and doing things the right way. We also carry all required licenses, insurance, and certifications. But what I really think sets us apart is the customer service from the very first phone call, and how our office staff and operations work together for our customers, providing a seamless experience. Every service includes before and after photos, as well as visual inspections that are explained clearly to our customer so that if the repair is needed, they can make an informed decision. Just as important, we invest heavily in all the best equipment to do the work we do. One of the most things I'm proud of is the people on our team and their experience and continued training that they're given to provide the best service and quality of work to our customers. Many of our employees have been with us for years, which is something we're very proud of. We've spent years developing systems and procedures that focus on safety, consistency, and quality workmanship. To ensure quality, every completed job goes through a review process. Our office team reviews technician reports, photos, and documentation before a job is fully closed out. Throughout our operating systems, we've built multiple checkpoints that work together to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Those systems help us maintain a high standard of service while providing customers with confidence that the work was completed properly. Safety and education are ongoing commitments for us. We conduct routine safety meetings, tailgate trainings, and continuing education programs to ensure our team stays current on industry best practices. A recent experience we had with a customer was one that was very concerned about many large old oak trees on their property. They'd spent years trying to build these trees and all their landscape and didn't want us to destroy it with our heavy equipment. So, we took extra measures to plan the job correctly and slowly to make sure that we did the least amount of damage as possible. At the end of the job, the customer was very happy and amazed to do such little damage and show that we were barely there in the work that we did. Our company started out with very humble beginnings. We grew slowly and deliberately through the years to make sure that we focused on customer relations and service and a very high standard of work. Slow and steady growth allowed us to continually improve our equipment, systems, and customer experience without losing sight of our values. Today, one of the things I'm most proudest are the opportunities we've been able to create for our employees and their families. At Allstar's, we don't believe in high-pressure sales tactics. Our job is to provide honest information, explain your options, and help you make the decisions that are best for your situation and budget. I would ask that the next time you have a septic service need, you give us a call and let us show you everything that I've spoken about today. We look forward to working with you.
