Hi, my name is Dan Yust. I'm the owner of AccuStruct. We're a foundation repair company that works all over the Bay Area, specializing in fixing foundations that are failing. We do commercial and residential work, foundations, retaining walls, structural retaining walls, and drainage systems as well. We own and operate all our own equipment. We have all our own drill rigs. We own the conveyors, the trucks, the rebar fabrication, just about every aspect of the process to complete a foundation repair. So, there's no subs involved, and that helps us control costs and also control timelines to make sure we get the job done on time. Once we've determined that there is a problem and you need to get some work done, we get an engineer involved to come out and come up with a design that's going to repair the house. Once you get those set of plans, then we give you a bid on the job. If you like it and we sign a contract, we take care of all the permitting, schedule a job, and start work. Once we start a job, we're pretty much available 24 hours a day, not like some other companies that turn the phone off at 5 o'clock. You have our cell phone numbers, you have every way you have to get a hold of us if there's a problem, so we can come out right away and fix it. We don't ask for money up front. You know we sign a contract. We like to get a deposit if you're not comfortable with that deposit. We won't take anything until we get out on the job for where the work is being done. If you underpin a house and where those piers are being put in, we warranty the work that we do in the areas that we do for 10 years.
