Uh Dan, I got into the industry um because my brothers asked me to be one of their salespeople, and I was uh out selling and um helping bring in business. COVID hit, and uh we were no longer going out business to business. So I came into the office and I became more of their executive assistant. So no more outside sales. I'm all indoors with the brothers. What they do is they communicate with each other from the time we arrive in the office until we leave the office. So they, the project manager, will discuss with all of us what project they're working on and what they need to do to get through the day, uh to get their list checked off, and we collaborate. Uh, we might have calls from customers wanting to have updates. So we're constantly asking, uh, the project manager where they are and how they're doing and if they need anything, if they need us to order material. Uh, there's a whole team of us that are, uh, behind the scenes trying to help that client get to their end goal. And at the end of the day, we again have a meeting and discuss what did get completed, what needs to be, uh, done, uh, for the following day. And we make a list. And then we, uh, send out emails to our workers and let them know which project that they're going to be, uh, going to the following day. And we take it from there. If there's any emergencies, we're all on board, and we're helping the customer. At the end of the project, when we've hit, um, all that needs to be done, um, we do a final walkthrough. And, uh, at that point, uh, we're either, you know, going our separate ways or if there's still a couple of things that the customer wants done, the whole team goes straight to the job, and we get it done in a timely manner. We want them to be 100% satisfied with their job, and we want to be able to go on to the next project without having to have any worries from another job that we haven't completed. So we're all on board at all times, um, taking care of each customer. So, we have, uh, a lady Anna that, uh, we have been working on her house, um, off and on for the past 10 years. So, she has little projects that she wants to have done, and she calls us. She has a really unique, uh, way about her. Uh, she's, we feel like she's family. She comes in, she loves, we have five dogs in the office, and she brings all the dogs treats. She brings us cookies. Uh, she calls us just to check in to make sure that we're doing okay. Uh, she's, she just feels like family at this point. She's an amazing lady and just fun. Her energy is so contagious. She, she's humorous, and she's understanding. She understands the business, and if we, if we don't have the time to do her little job that she might have, um, like a handyman type job, she understands she'll wait for us to get through whatever we have. So she's a long-term customer that we absolutely adore and consider her like family. So, what they should know is that Gary and Chad are brothers, and Gary started the business over 25 years ago and brought brother Chad in. Uh, they are still pursuing their passion. They're helping clients, uh, with their design, helping them create elegant homes and their buildings. Uh, they take great pride in their work. Um, it reflects their integrity which they demonstrate every day on their professional and personal life. Uh, their excellent craftsmanship. Chad is one of the best. Uh, he, he does, um, a lot of the, um, estimating going out to jobs, but Chad prefers to put on his work belt and go and work, but he's, he's needed in other areas at this point. But Chad has a great passion for his design and helping customers achieve. So, he's a great role model for our workers, and he, he's hands-on showing them exactly what it takes to be an excellent, uh, craftsman. Um, they, they, they're in it for the long, the long run. They're here, uh, you know, six to seven times, uh, days a week. Uh, they, they care about their customers. They care about their employees. And, uh, it's, we're here in Simono County where we were raised, and our reputation is important. Um, so they, they make sure that we do what we say we're going to do, and they, they build great relationships, and just like the last customer that I told you about, they become family. So, we're really, um, prideful of that, that we take such good care of our customers and vice versa. They're, it's, it's an amazing, uh, place to be. So their greatest resources and their experience, um, have worked with their, uh, seasoned professionals make us stand out, um, you know, with our competitors. Um, I don't know that you can compete with that. Uh, we, we have, um, just years of experience to be able to accomplish what our customers are seeking. So we have Joel inso, and he's been with us from the beginning of the Rhino Ryan construction. We met Joel over 40 years ago. He was one of the kids that played with the Ryan brothers at school, and they played sports together. And when they started their business, um, they realized that Joel would be a huge asset. He has a lot of experience in the industry. Um, his, his customer service is off the chart. Everybody loves Joel. They call, they, they always want his, his cell number to talk to Joel, and he, he answers every question. He's, um, his communication is, uh, one of the best. Uh, he has a great sense of humor, and his eye for design is just incredible. Uh, he'll even talk to, uh, designers and say, "Well, why don't you think about doing it this way?" And he'll give designers ideas on maybe changing the plans. And, um, he's well respected. Uh, he runs the commercial, he runs the residential, uh, he's the project manager. Joel wears so many hats in the office, and at the end of the day, he's, he's our friend, and, um, he's one of the best in the industry, and we're just really, really fortunate to have him here with us at Ryan Orion. He's amazing.
