[Music] When it comes to client safety, uh we adhere to strict industry standards. Uh we have training for our employees to ensure that they are taking all the safety precautions that are required per job site. Um we also talk to clients about what they can do, what they're not supposed to do while we are working in their home, areas that they can access, that they cannot access, and always ensure that the people that are working in the house are completely protected to avoid accidents. Uh by keeping, you know, hazardous materials on the floor, things that they can trip on the floor. Um, and just like in terms of storage, make sure that we're storing equipment or materials in areas that are only good for those particular purposes. Um, that's pretty much it. Pretty straightforward. Helpful expertise for us means that we want to provide knowledgeable information to our clients to empower them to make informed decisions not just sell them what we want but someone can tailor the system for their needs. Um how I got into this industry, it was a coincidence because I was looking for a job in the early 90s and I saw an ad in classified ad in one of the newspapers. I called the company, they were kind of impressed with what I had to say, and then they hired me. Um, I was very lucky because the person in that company, the owner of that company said, "There is something about you that I like. I'm going to train you differently." So, he actually taught me, like, he started training me with every single person from salespeople to installers to duct cleaners to plumbers in that company. And, um, and so he was very, very helpful, very wonderful gentleman that gave me an opportunity to get into this industry, and I just fell in love with it. So, I actually went to HVAC school, and at some point I said, you know, I can only take care of people if I do it on my own. And I went, I got my contractor license, started my business, and here we are now. After a while of working for a couple of companies in the Bay Area, I realized that the only way that I could truly take care of my clients was to do it on my own. Um, it's one of those things where you have to follow the direction of the boss. Um, a lot of the times it ends up being about cost savings and doing the best you can with limited resources, and I thought, you know, I, people are paying a lot of money for these types of services, and I think I should be able to do better. So I started doing it on my own. Um, people were happy. Within one year of me starting my company, I was invited to participate in the diamond certified questionnaire or survey, and I qualified and I was told at that time that the rating was the highest that they had seen so far to date, which made me very proud, and I've been fighting to keep it that way by just working hard and being nice to people. Our customers should know that we prioritize knowledge of the actual trade. Um, that we take very seriously knowing what products we're selling and installing. Um, that we prioritize their home or their business. Um, that we don't want to just install any equipment that we're going to do extensive research on that particular building for us to tailor a system that the building actually requires. And that our guys go through extensive training to provide expertise and just take care of them the best way that we can to ensure that the result is a comfortable space for either their family or their working environment. So what makes my company different? Um, I don't know that there's so much difference as different from other companies because we all say that we are the best at what we do. One of the things that we do focus on is making sure that people feel comfortable to work with us. Um, you know, we want to have a friendly environment in their home. You know, we're intruders, and when we come into somebody's space to work, we want to make them feel as if we are going to respect their property. We're going to take care of their property and we are going to help them and go out of our way in every possible way to ensure that one is that they're safe, that they're going to get what they're paying for, and that they're going to end up with a system that is going to be in their benefit. Um, that's pretty much it.
