[Music] That means providing cleaning tips to our customers. We have a website that has a section on providing cleaning tips to an organizations. Um, we also have a blog that gives great cleaning advice. So, we just really try to um give our customers, you know, any tips that they ask and do a good job for them. Um, we've been open the whole time during the pandemic. We followed all the CDC guidelines. Um, we still have our teams come in staggered, so they're not coming in all at once. Um, we still take their temperatures, they wear masks, they wear gloves, they wear shoe covers. Um, we social distance as much as we can, and we use a hospital-grade um disinfectant. Um, we've always been entrepreneurial. We've owned businesses before. At one time I had three coffee shops. Um, and so we always just like um helping people, and so they thought this is where we could help people by, you know, owning a cleaning business. Um, well, we have a training program that all our maids go through, and we that includes how to clean, what products to use. We also have a a quality manager that goes out and inspects their work. Um, we take quality very seriously. So we always want to do a good job and make sure um the customers are getting the service that they're expecting. And we also um, we also do the in-home free estimates, and that way we find out what the customer wants. So then we know um we'll focus on the areas that they want cleaned. Um, you should make sure they're insured. Do they carry workers comp insurance? Do they carry liability insurance? Um, because you want to make sure that they carry those insurance because it may get hurt in your home, you you won't responsible for um, we would. Um, you also want to make sure if they break something that we'll take that they'll take care of it, fix it, repair it. Um, you also want should ask if employees your the maids are employees or contractors. Um, and then do they pay all the um correct um, overtime and taxes?
