[Music] Yeah, here at LNS, health expertise just means that the customer is completely satisfied with our work. Uh, we want to make sure that they're comfortable from the moment that they hire us for the job, uh, while we're on their property doing the work, and that they feel good about our work once we leave. Everything's nice and clean. We also want to make sure that we communicate everything, that the customer isn't confused at all, that we answer all their questions, and at the very end of the day that they're happy with their decision. Uh, yeah, so LNS plumbing was started back in 2006 by my dad, Herman Leiddesma. Uh, he was able to grow the company, building a lot of relationships and networks with general contractors. Uh, now that I'm coming out into the company and trying to help grow it, we're moving more into residential services, and he really inspired me seeing him help all these people and making sure that the customers are happy. I just want to help expand the company with him. Um, I would say the favorite thing that I enjoy about the work is just seeing the customers' face once we solve their issue. We know that plumbing is a very stressful problem to have and, uh, just knowing that they feel happy with their decision with us and that we are able to solve their problem, and they're always very grateful to us, and usually they're repeat customers. So, I think that's the best part, having the customer be happy and have them be a repeat customer for us. Uh, yeah, so one of the most key things that we do to deliver high quality is just communicating with our customers. Uh, from the moment that they call us for service to schedule an appointment, to during the work and afterwards, we always want to make sure that they feel comfortable with their decision. Uh, we always like to leave the workplace clean, make sure we respect everything about their property, and at the end, we like to ensure that our work has a one-year warranty. Uh, yeah, so an interesting job that we had a few weeks ago was a bigger home, I would say a mansion out in San Jose. And they had to call us out because they called multiple plumbers. They had multiple quotes where they had a clogged drain. And all they would do is they would snake that one area of the house, that drainage system, and all they were really doing was pushing the clog down. Uh, they did have a few pieces of pipe replaced, but no prevail. Uh, when they called us in, we were able to run about 400 ft of snake in their sewage, and we also ran a camera. So, we were able to find the exact cause of the drainage problem, the blockage, and we're able to dig that up, change the pipe out, and now the customer doesn't have any problems. So, again, I just want to make sure that the customer is always happy. We always do a complete job. We're not just in and out. Um, so that's the story that does highlight that for us.
