[Music] What I found that is when I speak with customers, when I speak with confidence and knowledge and having expertise in what it is that what I'm about to, embark upon in terms of their electrical needs. This has given the customers a great confidence and ease and leaves them feeling comfortable about what we're asking them to do. Electrical is not super intuitive to a lot of people, and it does evoke a certain amount of fear. So the fact that we can speak confidently about an issue that we've done many times leaves the customer very satisfied and at ease with what we're about to do for them. At 18 years old, I took the electrical test at the urging of my father, and I was on a waiting list for a couple of years. I was hired as an apprentice in 1979, and it was a four-year apprenticeship back then, and it turned out to be a perfect match for me. After four years, I became a journeyman, and the rest is history. You know, after being an electrician for 10 years, my wife, who we were just newly wed, suggested that I become an electrician, asked me if I wanted to start our own business, and I just said yes. I didn't really hesitate, and I thought that would be a good idea. I knew it would have job security, but I didn't really understand exactly how, you know, all the ups and downs that are involved with it, but I did know that my personality, of being able to just show up and having a good work ethic would pay off in the long run. So, I started it at the suggestion of my wife who named the company herself called Integrity Electric. The favorite thing I like doing is, you know, at the end of the job, having a satisfied customer. People generally who call us don't understand electricity, and or don't have the time, and we are able to supply a service that just gives them peace of mind. What we do is sell peace of mind, and it is very satisfying after doing a job to have them be grateful and thankful for that. I'm a firm believer that through that gratitude gives them a certain level of happiness. So that's it. We stand out differently from other contractors is that we answer the phone, and we do what we say we're going to do. We're very accessible. We specialize in Marin. We are not crossing a lot of bridges because we don't burn any bridges, as I've said in the past. So I love the idea that, you know, we are right there, and as the owner go out, and people are often impressed with the fact that the owner is coming to their house to talk about their electrical needs and wants. I think that is unique to a large degree amongst contractors these days.
