[Music] I started working in a plumbing company in 2005. In 2018, I start my own business. Uh the company had five years now, and I, but I have almost 19 years in the plumbing industry. What inspired me to start my own business? It was my family. Uh I like to help the other people, and uh also um my boss, my old boss. I look like him to grow up with another big company, and I want to be like them, you know, provide a job for other people. My favorite thing that I enjoyed about my job is the happiness and satisfaction of all of our customers. So, we try to provide the best services for them, and uh, that's what I like to do. One time we received an emergency service call about a sewer drain clog in the middle of the night. After an hour, we arrived and then unclogged the sewer pipe. We found, uh, we did a camera inspection after that, and we found a lot of roots inside of the drain. Uh, we did an estimate to the customer, and, uh, after 3 days, the job was completely done. Uh, the customer was very happy, and this is our big satisfaction, uh, that we want you the customers to know about us and our team that we are fully trained and provide the best quality job in every step of the project. So we provide shoreline repairs, tankless water heaters, um, regular water heaters, uh, little remodels, full remodels, uh, everything about plumbing. So we are here to help you. Our company is different from the others because we work for our customers. Um, the services what we provide for them is how it's going to grow up like a business to pleasing them. Uh, we try to do our best every time we go to the customers. Um, we provide the best prices, and also, uh, we like to help the people. We provide, uh, discounts for senior discounts and, uh, also for the military people.
