Well, first of all, being the experts in the field is very important for our company. It coincides with our high-end mentality. We sell high-end window coverings. And when you sell high-end window coverings, you need to know how the product works from the inside out. We know how to take the product apart and put it back together. It's very important that we are the experts in the field and we stand apart because of that. Well, that's a fun story. Um because originally I went to school um to get my culinary degree and my associates in business at which point I moved to Southern California um the La Hoya area where I was a personal chef. During this time I went snowboarding and hurt myself pretty bad, my sciatic nerves. Um and this brought me to the point where I wasn't able to stand in a kitchen for a long period of time. So I was introduced to a gentleman in Northern California where I started my career. Um, and later, I would say about eight years after that, moved north, um, where I met Dwayne, and now I'm at Creative Window Fashions where I've been for about 12 years. Well, honestly, everything. I love my job. I love what I do. I love going into people's homes and seeing the way that the homes are built, the architecture, the landscaping, and I love being able to put our creative window fashion spin on people's homes. um from the design aspect of the material to the way the shades work. And it's very gratifying for myself as a salesman, my installers, and also the customer in the end to see the final result. Well, I'd like to be able to tell stories about all of our customers because we appreciate all of our customers. Um but we do have a customer. His name is Ken Chan. Um he's a longtime customer of ours. Um, we've done multiple homes for him, um, in the Sonoma County area, in the San Francisco area, and every time um, he likes to haggle about price. It's a fun thing we do together. And also, he's also very happy with the end result of his shutters because he usually orders shutters. And his gratitude or the way he shows his gratitude is usually giving a bottle of wine at the end of the job. Well, I would like to talk about Dwayne Boss, the CEO of the company, my business partner, my father figure, my best friend. Um, this man is a tremendous man who started this company in Arizona and then eventually brought it over to Northern California where started off smaller and we've evolved into what I would like to say is the premier window covering company in the area. Um, we have evolved from doing all business that we possibly could to doing strictly high-end business. And this was a vision of Dwayne that I carry on today and we will continue to carry on down the road.
