[Music] Yeah, I think helpful expertise, um, in our business means more than just being skilled. We try to be as approachable, clear, you know, and look for solution-oriented processes to help our customer, um, you know, feel educated on their decision, and guide them through decisions, tough decisions, and we try to make the whole process as stress-free as possible and, uh, try to deliver on the best quality work. I got into this industry through family connections. My father has worked in the paving industry for more than 30 years now. And, uh, my uncle as well has been in the paving industry, had his own company for a long time. So I really learned the ropes, you know, being hands-on super early in my life. And um, I came to really have a real appreciation for the craftsmanship and the amount of hard work that goes into actually paving and having, um, you know, really good quality work. And I really fell in love with the result of all this hard work and seeing, um, you know, customers' real appreciation for this type of work, and I, I really, I really came to enjoy it. Yeah. So, I mean, my favorite thing is seeing the project, uh, transformation from start to finish. Uh, you know, I really enjoy knowing that we made something safer, uh, cleaner, more beautiful, more functional, and, uh, that visual progress. I mean, customers love, and I, I find that incredible. I love seeing their faces whenever they see, um, the progress, and also they see the hard work. They see the real craftsmanship, and they learn to appreciate, um, you know what goes into paving the same way I did growing up. Yeah. Well, we always assure we never cut corners. We use high-quality materials. Um, the most important thing is preparing the base and we really take our time. Um, we really, we really like to meet deadlines, but we also don't like to rush jobs. We like to take our time ensuring that every process is completed properly, and we communicate with the customer as well on long-term maintenance, on seal coating, on crack filling, on patching, and, uh, really try and help the customer understand that, you know, paving also comes with its maintenance and, uh, that's going to keep the surface very clean and very beautiful for a long time. And we also back our work with warranties. So we also, um, you know help the customer understand that when you go with Able Paving, you're going for quality and we back that up with warranties. >> Yeah, we treat every job like it's our own property. Um, I like to tell, you know, our workers that definitely we try to be as transparent, as communicative, and as and we're committed to really building a relationship long-term with our customers. We want to not only replace your driveway with quality work, but also maintain it with quality work. Um, you know, our team is experienced. We're all super respectful and we take pride in the work that we do. All of us. Um, our team is very connected in that goal of trying to deliver on quality. We all take pride in our work, and we're, we're all super happy. Uh, we all want to be super happy with the work we deliver to our customers.
