We prefer to look at cars before we give estimates. If you bring your car to our shop, we’ll perform a diagnostic inspection for free and tell you exactly how much the repairs will cost.

Can you work on my specific type of car?

We have the training and equipment to work on all makes and models, especially European vehicles like Volkswagens, Audis and BMWs. If you tell us the symptoms you’re experiencing, we can tell you what’s going on with your car.

How long will it take to complete my repair?

Most of the time, we can complete the repair in one day.

Question 4

Do you offer a shuttle service?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we can drop you off at work or at home and pick you up when your car is ready, and we also have loaner cars at our shop.

Are you open on weekends?

We’re open on Saturdays, but it’s mostly by appointment. If you really need a repair on Sunday and give us enough notice, we can do that as well.

Will you install replacement parts that I supply?

No, because we can’t control the quality of those parts or provide any kind of warranty.
