I would tell people that if they can afford it, to join up and pay for the service plan. It let's you also put money away in case anything major happens like an emergency. Then, you can use that money towards what you need right away. Our air conditioner broke and they were able to use what we had saved in the plan to go towards a new one.

All of their workers are professional and helpful. The owner seems to be a good man. He treats his employees well and then they go out and do good jobs in return. Their customer service is great.

They are very prompt and they get the job done. They show up when they say they will and get done when they say they will.

They get the job done right. I had it inspected by one of their guys who came down and spent well over an hour with the city of Placentia's inspector. When the inspector came out and heard Service Champions, he said, "Oh we don't have to look very hard then, because they know what they're doing."

They are very punctual and you can get an appointment very quickly. We are happy to have the MVP service plan, because it makes it easier to get them to come out right away. I would recommend signing up for that service, because the money we're spending monthly is less than if something serious happened.

The MVP plan is wonderful. They are quick and the technicians are nice guys.
