Owner Heidi Totty says design support is a cornerstone of Napa Kitchen & Bath’s customer experience. “Most of the time, our clients don’t need to hire an interior designer because we can guide them through the process in-house, often at no extra charge. Also, since we have direct relationships with major manufacturers, we can deliver kitchen and bathroom packages at competitive prices. We don’t just sell cabinets—we sell complete projects.”

Napa Kitchen & Bath prioritizes communication during the product selection process, which Ms. Totty says is important for ensuring the best possible results. “Some people have a hard time visualizing colors and design styles, but we’re willing to work through those moments with patience and clarity.
