"The summer months are our busiest period, so if you’re planning to move between June and September, you should plan a couple months in advance. Things tend to slow down in the fall, so you should be fine if you call us four weeks ahead of your move."

Are your movers experienced and trustworthy?

"Absolutely. Most of our employees have been here for at least five years, and they’re all properly trained in safety and quality control techniques. They know how to protect floors and hallways, and they’re always careful when handling expensive pieces like LCD TVs, artwork and pianos."

Do you provide any cost guarantees?

"After we do a physical survey to determine the cost of your move, we’ll guarantee the price we provide on the initial estimate. Our goal is to provide the highest quality services for the lowest possible prices."

How do you store household goods?

"We store household goods in ‘storage vaults,’ which are basically wooden crates that are designed to hold about a room’s worth of boxes and furniture. We carefully load everything into these storage vaults and bring them to our warehouse, where they’re stacked like giant Lego bricks."

How do you handle records storage?

"Our records storage area is specially designed to hold standard-size storage boxes, and our shelving system is seismically anchored and equipped with fire monitors and sprinklers. In addition, we store ‘commercial goods’—anything from high-tech computers to specialized, non-document items—in a secure area that’s fenced in and only accessible to pre-approved individuals."

Can you destroy or shred my documents?

"Yes. Our shredding methods and equipment exceed the standards set by the National Association for Information Destruction (NAID), which monitors the practices of companies that facilitate information destruction. We have to meet strict criteria to maintain certification, including drug screens and background checks for all our employees."
