Helical piers aren’t new to the market, but we’ve talked to homeowners and contractors who haven’t heard of them before. We’ve been installing helical pier systems for nearly 30 years, so part of our daily job is explaining how they work and the benefits of using them.

Yes, and we’ll discuss every step of the proposal with you and take the time to answer your questions. We can also bring in engineering consultants to help with the project and verify the information we provide.

How much does it cost to install helical piers?

It’s difficult to say without seeing the jobsite. The soil underneath your building dictates how deep we have to drill to get into the good material, and the weight of the structure matters because that’s what we have to hold up. We also need to decide what kind of connection is required between the structure and the helical piers. Once we determine these things via testing and site inspection, we’ll be able to give you accurate pricing.

What do I need to know about my retaining wall project?

The design of retaining walls is important because the load that soil puts on them can cause them to collapse if they’re not made correctly. Once we know what your soil load looks like, we’ll utilize our equipment and experienced crew members to build your wall. It’s also important to have the right permits and get an inspector to sign off at the end of the project.

What will my foundation or retaining wall require?

It’s often a combination of the structure itself and the soil it sits on. A well-built foundation or retaining wall can fail if the soil is moving or can’t hold up the structure. Understanding how to resolve issues and perform long-term repairs is also important.
