We can give you a ballpark price impression over the phone, but we have an in-person process that will provide you with an exact quote and a chance to see samples of the products you’re interested in.

We’ll send a trained decorator to your home who could be charging $125 per hour, and we provide that consultation at no cost to you. They’ll measure your windows, show you products, give you an estimate and take your order in a personalized process that’s built around your needs.

We’d be happy to look at your measurements, but we’ll need to take our own measurements before we place the order.

There’s a direct correlation between quality and time. Generally speaking, quality products take longer to arrive. We’ve spent years looking for an exception to that rule, but we’ve decided that we’d rather focus on quality than have ongoing issues with lower-quality products that arrive right away.

Where are your products made?

Accepted Answer

Most of our products are made in the United States, and we can give you a specific answer based on the product you’re considering. For example, Color Lux is in New York; O’Hair Shutters is in Lubbock, Texas; Universal Screens is in Plano, Texas; and our awnings are made in Los Angeles. We do have some import products, but that’s usually because we can’t find something better that’s made in the U.S.

People are moving away from lift cords. It’s mostly about safety (especially child and pet safety), but it’s also about appearance. Cords are messy and ugly—they dangle and draw the eye. Instead, people are looking into manual cordless options or motorized options that don’t have exposed cords.
