Home Living Window Fashions designs and installs a wide variety of window covering and outdoor living products for residential clients throughout the Greater Bay Area. This family-run company works with everything from motorized retractable awnings and outdoor power shades to plantation shutters, fine custom drapery, motorized shades and blinds. Home Living also offers Australian-style sail shades to both residential and commercial clients.

Company President Shem Isaac credits much of Home Living Window Fashions’ success to its company-wide dedication to quality. “We only carry products we believe in, so if we make a claim that a certain product is of exceptional quality, we’re able to demonstrate why—what we call a demonstrable difference,” he explains. “Working with this class of products costs us a bit more, but it’s worth it because it leads to superior, long-lasting results.”

Home Living Window Fashions’ project coordinators prioritize communication during every step of their clients’ projects, which Mr. Isaac says is important for ensuring they have positive experiences. “We regularly update our customers about the status of their orders and keep them informed about when to expect delivery and installation. By the time we’re finished, they understand how to get the most out of their new awning, shade or window coverings.”
