We have the experience to know how long different parts of the job will take to complete and we’re good at communicating with our employees and subcontractors, so there won’t be any waiting around when it comes to scheduling.

Do I need to worry about price inflation or supply chain issues?

Unfortunately, the coronavirus pandemic has caused a lot of supply chain issues. For example, one of our window and door suppliers used to send us products in eight to 10 weeks, but lately it has been closer to 40 weeks. That’s something we have to take into account when planning projects and ordering materials. By knowing the lead times of specific materials, we can order them early in the process or switch suppliers to keep your project on schedule.

Can you provide references?

Yes, we can give you a list of people who we’ve done work for so you can talk to them and see how their projects went. It’s nice to have some verification before you hire a contractor, so we’re glad to provide a reference list.

Can you help me with future remodeling plans?

Yes. We always keep an eye on ways to save you money down the road. For example, a lot of people think about going solar at some point. There are some nice incentives and it’s a smart thing to think about, so if we’re installing an electrical system, we might suggest doing a slight upgrade and building it so the electrical panel is equipped for solar panels when you’re ready to add them.
