So advice I would have is I would look into having a plumbing inspection done on every home. Uh, it would be something that's very advantageous for a client to do. Our homes are our biggest investment, so therefore you always wanna make sure that investment's well taken care of. Inspection is something to where we go through and investigate all the plumbing, uh, above ground, below ground, and make sure that essentially everything is well cared for.
Uh, we look into what preventative measures we could do, and also preventative maintenance. It goes into evaluating, uh, the sewer system, water system, gas system, all fixtures, and then attributes it to where you can decide what needs to be done with the home, with the investment, and then as well as replacement options.
This gets into where with preventative you don't have issues with, uh, insurance claims and major floods in a home, uh, sewage backups, and just all in all preventative measures in general. Just keeps things very, very open. We keep things to where w- as we inform the client, we are making it to where the client is very aware what's going on with the home.
Plumbing is one of those things to where as we see, it just is unseen. We, in a sense, are almost giving a, a client like an X-ray vision to what's going on with their plumbing system. Therefore, it gives them an open end to where they have full knowledge of exactly what's going on with what their home is doing.
