Contractor is not God is a human being. Okay, that's mean that it's all about expectation. It's not about things that going to go wrong. It's about how he's going to approach it to fix it. How is the environment? How is the energy between you going to be? If you chose the right guy, that's mean that he's always going to come around to a point that hey, that's our problem. That's our solution. That's how we're going to address it. In construction and in life as well, there is only two solution for each one of the problem going to occur. Money and time.
