So there's different types of paint quality that you want to use. There are many different types of paint grades that you can use. Each paint caters to a different environment and locations. For example, Sherwin-Williams Rain Refresh I would recommend to houses that are along the coast area to protect against water and sun. There's also medium grade paint that I would recommend to houses in the hills. Sherwin-Williams Duration paint protects against fading of colors. But the premium paint such as Sherwin-Williams Emerald or Emerald Rain Refresh protects against rain and any other harsh environments. The higher quality of paint lasts for about 10 to 12 years.
