Well, um, helpful expertise means more than just painting. Um, we like to guide the customers through the painting process with honesty, transparency, and, well, as uh, experience. Um, I like to take time to understand each project. So, we discuss options and come up with solutions that fits the customer's long-term goals and budget. Um, we believe that helpful expertise is an essential part of the painting process so that the customers feel, uh, confident and supported in their decisions from start to finish. Um, my father is a painter. Uh, I started following my dad to work when I was about 14. Um, just started out picking, um, garbage, moving materials around, and then as [clears throat] I got older after high school, I started taking on more, uh, responsibilities and more serious roles. Uh, what inspired me was, uh, my father. Um, I just wanted to help him out more. Uh, he doesn't speak English, so kind of have to step in at a young age. And later in life, uh, just decided to start my own to help the family. Uh, my favorite thing I enjoy is, uh, the experience I have with meeting new people, um, going to new places, um, [snorts] helping people with their project, and also getting new experiences for myself. Uh, we deliver high quality by focusing on preparation. Um, every job starts with a thorough preparation. Also, we try to find the best material to use for the job. And, um, clear communication also goes a long way with the customers. Uh, it just makes everything easier. We also follow proven process and we stand out behind our work to ensure that results last.
