"Upbeat culture between the workers and Jerry was great, but I would like to see less socializing. I'm glad that they are having fun and getting along, but I felt like they should have been working more. They're good people and give good results. I like Jerry, he knows what he's doing. There were a few petty things like I had asked the guys to move a bunch of bricks and maybe they forgot but they didn't do it. The actual landscaping was excellent and the neighbors still compliment me. Jerry himself came out personally to look at my property and initiate a plan.
