They were very clean, professional, and they did a fabulous job. My sister pointed out that we had a blockage on the down-spout and that we needed to watch it. They said if there was too much debris, it could break off, so the technician made that recommendation. I remember I spoke to Jose. I think he is the owner, and the day I spoke with him, he was confirming the appointment. His general demeanor was professional and he was very prompt. He was very professional, clean and on time.
