"They are thoughtful, respectful and communicative. They are not just looking at the job. They will go beyond that and they will make recommendations and suggestions. To sum it up, they think like a homeowner and they see it through the homeowner's eyes. They take a very forensic look and a very thoughtful look at the whole picture.
