When you're replacing your roof, ventilation is one of the most important pieces of the puzzle. There's two main categories of ventilation, passive and active. The best ventilation for most houses is going to be ridge vent. However, O'Hagan vents and eyebrow vents will also meet that code requirement. Active ventilation is going to be something like an attic fan that is attached with a solar panel or attached to your electricity in the house. Both are good products in all most houses. Some are better than others in certain circumstances, but you must get the ventilation correct. It's very important because if it's not done right, it could be problematic for an inspection or for manufacturer's specifications. So, ventilation is very important.
