So, a couple of, you know, different problems that occur in homes and what you could do about it. So, number one, the most common is kitchen sink clogs. People think a garbage disposal, you could put anything and everything into a garbage disposal, and in some instances, there's certain things that you want to keep out of the garbage disposal. Anything that expands, rice, pasta, or any type of wheat-based products that expand when they hit water will clog the drain. So, you want to keep that out of the garbage disposal. Put minor food leftovers in the garbage disposal rather than putting in a lot of different foods in there. So, you know, use the trash can more than the garbage disposal, okay? And that'll keep your kitchen drains free and clear, and that'll keep us away from having to come out and respond to that. Another thing, some people forget to maintain their water heaters. So, what happens with water heaters is that sediment builds up inside the water heater. So, common, you know, times to flush the water heater would be at least once a year to flush out the water heater to keep those sediments out, because it extends the life of the tank. One of the things that you want to do is set up a maintenance plan for your water heaters and your heating and air conditioning system as well, changing the filters, okay, could actually keep the system living longer. Cleaning the inside of the system before different seasons. So, just checking that every year, flushing the water heater, and also, you know, maintaining the drain as well. Sometimes, it's good to run hot water because the hot water will take out a little more of the buildup that's in the drains and keep it flowing clear.
