So one of the problems with pressure washing is people think about high pressure. You're up there, blasting away, and that's what they picture. So you're gonna be up there with this high pressure doing your roof, doing the walls, doing the concrete. And what we have to do is use a soft wash process where we use eco-friendly detergents, where we're able to clean the roof without damaging the shingles or if you have ceramic clay tiles, and then going to the gutters and cleaning all that out appropriately without doing any damage.
You can do a lot of damage to seals, whether it's on your exterior siding or even down on your concrete as well. So we've seen a lot of people that have decided to get their own little Costco pressure washer and try and save a few dollars and do their own concrete, and you can see where it looks like they've written their names on the concrete and you can't go back and fix that at that point.
So the soft wash is a very important thing to use for all these products.
