This is Ray and what I want to do is help you make a good decision on your roof and what to look for when your home is in need of a roof maintenance or repairs. So first of all you want to make sure that your contractor's licensed and he's insured. Second, you want to make sure that the contractor is explaining every detail of the process with you before getting involved with the contract.

So that you're not getting any surprises later on as far as additional costs of stuff that they didn't see. And it's and make sure you're dealing directly with the contractor and not a salesman. Because a salesman will tend to overlook things. And then when the contractor comes, there's additional fees.

Because a salesman doesn't have the, the, the trained expertise to look at certain things of the roof that need, that are all included in the repairs or services that you're getting. So it's, it's really important that you do your homework as a, as a homeowner and to pick the right contractor that communicates all the processes and fees with you up front so that you're not getting blindsided at the, in the end with any type of additional costs and fees making it hard on you financially to complete the project.
