 My name is Dave Mhof, and I'm the general manager of Bay 101 Roofing in Alviso, California. Bay 101 Roofing is primarily a residential roofing company. We do do some small industrial and commercial jobs, but we mostly focus on residential pitched roofing.

We do all kinds of, uh, different roofing materials: the composition shingles, uh, fiberglass shingles, wood shakes, with shingles, lightweight, standard weight tiles. We also have our own gutter machine, so we can make, uh, seamless aluminum, steel, copper gutters. Uh, we also do roof repairs.

Most of our jobs, we give the extended warranty to people, so they've got 50 years worth of non-prorated, uh, protection. And, uh, you can be assured that, you know, they only let people who know what they're doing offer these kind of warranties.

The owner, myself, Jose, we try to make things very easy to do business with our company. We have nothing but certified workers that are doing the installation on your roof. All of our workers are our own employees, so we don't use any subcontractors, which means that we can train them the way we want the jobs to be done, and they have to prove that to us before they're going to get a chance to prove it to you on your roof that they know what they're doing.

It's that consistency that you're going to get throughout the whole company. We're Diamond Certified. F company. They're going to get a good, dependable job done. The job's going to be started and finished in a timely manner. The, uh, crews are going to be doing a nice job cleaning up, and that the company's going to be around.
