[Music] Hello, my name is James Reed with Tyon Builders, Inc. I'm the owner and founder. Uh, we do home remodeling in Sonteo, San Francisco, and Marin counties. Uh, we focus on high kitchen remodeling and bathroom remodels, home house home remodels, and structural repairs. Clients use Tyon Builder Inc. because we don't cut corners. We take the time to understand what's happening with your home. Uh, come up with a plan to solve it right the first time. We're hands-on, detail oriented, and we communicate clearly every step of the way. While a lot of contractors are focused on speed, volume, or upselling, we focus on quality, durability, and building real trust with people we work with. We're a highly skilled team uh that brings uh knowledge and expertise of over the decades to ensure that your project is completed correctly. A brief story of a satisfied customer that we had that had numerous leaks over years that had repairs done. Unfortunately, the repairs never got to the root of the problem and we took the time to explore what the real root cause was over it had been happening for over 30 years and we identified it, explained to the owner, and they said they were felt confident that it was the first time they'd ever had a product or project that was finished and completed and they felt comfortable with. Tyon Builders came about uh in the early 90s after training in Ireland and moving and working in Europe and arriving in San Francisco. I decided to create the company Tyon Builders Inc. to provide a great experience for my for employees and provide exceptional service to our to clients, and I want to use the craftsmanship and the knowledge that I had obtained in Ireland to share that and bring it to bear on projects. Since then, we've almost grown entirely through referrals from clients who appreciate that we show up, communicate clearly, and follow through.
