[Music] Hi, my name is Terry Pal. I'm the owner of Terry's Tree Service. We're a full tree company. We do anything from your fine pruning to, uh, tree removal, uh, crane removals, and, uh, we're certified arborists. We've gone to the proper schooling to learn about the tree, the health, and the care of trees, and we just love what we do. At Terry's Tree Service, you are guaranteed that you're hiring experienced climbers, grounds people, and qualified people to perform your work. We're willing to go to any lengths to make the customer 100% happy. We have worked on every kind of tree throughout the valley and in the general area. We do know our trees both inside out, not only above ground, but below ground. Most of our customers have had bad experiences with other companies, where they've come in and pruned completely the wrong way, and a lot of times have destroyed the tree. Our response time was approximately 20 minutes, and within about 2 and 1/2 to 3 hours, the whole tree was completely gone. The crews were coming in to start rebuilding the house, and basically, they couldn't do anything without having the tree gone first. So the people were very, very happy with the end result.
