I'm Ryan Simmons, the owner of Simmons Landscaping, a landscape contractor here in the Bay Area. We design and build outdoor spaces for families to enjoy using drought tolerant lowmaintenance plantings and hardcapes, pergolas, outdoor kitchens, things to get people out of the house into the nature. One of the reasons that I feel as a client you would be choosing our company to come and perform and build a beautiful landscape is that we do everything inhouse with quality materials from quality vendors. We're always all about the biggest thing is communication. From the time that you send us to come and meet with you to do an estimate through the proposal phase, the design phase, the actual building phase, we are in constant communication. When you call me, when you email me, you text me, you're going to get a response. One of the problems that clients have with contractors is communication. You will not have that issue with us. So, I have one of the best teams that we could possibly have. They can do everything from the stuff you don't see in the ground, such as drainage, irrigation, wiring, all the important things that actually are the foundation to a landscape. We do constant training with our guys, make sure that they understand exactly how things are built, and that also keeps us on time to build the landscape of your dreams in a smooth, timely fashion. So, we sponsor one of our local little league teams in the Bay Area, and the son seen our sign out in the field, and their backyard was a disaster. Well, he talked to his mom, said, "Hey, mom, call this guy to come and do the yard." Well, we worked together, made a space for him and his siblings to be able to go out and enjoy. Nothing was more awesome than when we were complete, and the kids came just running out of the house to come and enjoy the yard, and they were so happy. The smiles on their face put a smile on my face and my team's face. In 2007, I started as a maintenance company. We started very small. It was me. I had a few accounts. And I really just decided that I wanted to be an entrepreneur. From there, I grew up the company. We had a bunch of accounts up to almost 250 accounts. And it got to the point where we were doing maintenance and we were doing builds. It was just too much to handle. So, we subbed out the maintenance, which we eventually sold that company to 100% concentrate on building beautiful outdoor spaces. At Simmons Landscaping, we really enjoy building super cool outdoor living spaces for super cool people to enjoy with their family and friends. And by that we figure we are transforming the Bay Area landscape one landscape at a time.
