[Music] Hello, my name is Kevin Garza, and I'm president of San Plumbing. My name is Adam Garza, vice president of San J Plumbing. We do copper repipes, we clean drains, we fix faucets, we fix toilets, water heaters, disposals - everything that people need in houses and light commercial buildings. We work 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, and we provide usually service within 1 hour of customer calling in. We spent many years putting together a great team. It starts with the office staff - they're really friendly, helpful, and that's where it starts. You got to have good people answering the phones. We don't use an answering service, we answer the phone at night on weekends, and then once they take the call and help the people, then we usually respond within an hour. We have great service Techs in the field on duty nights, weekends, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. I think what makes us different is we've been around 19 years, we have a great reputation, and we're well known in the community. Even nationwide people heard about Sans pluming. Nationwide, like they have rental property out here, we get calls from all over the country. We have large trucks, we have extended Vans box bands, we carry more parts than most Plumbing trucks have. Another thing that my dad's really done that's really good is he's really built up the sound a plumbing reputation. The reputation is everything. We really try to approach each job a little differently and try to make sure the customers are really taken care of. The best thing we've ever done for our company is actually Diamond certified. We get calls every day because we're Diamond certified. If you look at our trucks, it says "quality service satisfaction guaranteed," and we keep it simple. We really believe in that quality is very important, and we want the customer to be happy.
