My name is John Pittman. I'm the CEO of Rogers Pool and Spa Service Incorporated. We're a swimming pool maintenance company. We provide weekly swimming pool maintenance. We also have a retail outlet. We also are the primary warranty for most major companies in the swimming pool and spa business and new installations. New ins. We don't build swimming pools. We do installations for pumps, filters, and heaters. We probably put customer service above and beyond any and everything. We believe the customers is right. We're also a lot of companies around aren't insured, licensed, bonded. We have all those kind of certifications so. We look at constant training processes and procedures and updating but we're very proud of our staff. You'll never get an answering machine here during business hours. The licensing we're well qualified in what we do. Basically, we try to make it just so the customer only has to really add water to their swimming pool and enjoy it. We try and do everything else that we can for the customer. That's why we call full service. We're trying to maintain your swimming pool to your standards year round. We're a warranty station for most of the major. I can. There's a long list but we do the warranty work for almost any and every item it's sold in the pool business. So, Diamond Certified. We use that on a regular basis. We're really appreciative that we're mentioned in the newspaper. Our message machine will say Rogers Pool Service: the only Diamond Certified company in the North Bay. We've been here, customers know where we are, they know how to find us, and I think by reputation if they ask we can give referrals. They'll find that we're pretty straight shooters and we do what we say we're going to do.
