I'm Paul Cooper. I'm the president here at Pipes Spy, and I'm the business manager. We specialize in trenchless pipe replacement. We maintain our equipment to its, uh, original factory specifications. We keep state-of-the-art camera equipment so that our diagnostics are spot-on. But our best customers are still the homeowners that love their property, want to take care, and maintain them. We pride ourselves that we're not only the best out there to clear lines, but we also are the best in following up and cleanup so that, uh, it looks like, uh, everything's restored to the homeowner's original condition. A recent example of where we went above and beyond what we usually do is helping rebuild Japanese, the restaurant here in Berkeley, where they had to replace the sewer pipes and a lot of plumbing in the building due to a fire. So they worked day and night in order to make that happen. One thing people should know about Pipes Spy is that we can solve the problems. Every employee working here has the skills and abilities to solve the customer's problem, 'cause we are a Class A general contractor, an engineering contractor. So it's not only the knowledge of how to fix pipe, it's also knowledge of how to install it in all the various soil types and traffic zones that, uh, we do work in. Our motto here is competence in action, and this is the motto that we carry through in every action throughout the company, from our field crews to our office staff.
