[Music] Hi, my name is Heidi Totty, owner of Napa Kitchen and Bath, and we have a showroom where we offer product and design services to assist you with your kitchen, bathroom, and home remodel. At Napa Kitchen and Bath, most of the time our clients don't need to hire an interior designer because we can guide them through the process inhouse a lot of times at no extra charge. We have direct relationships with major manufacturers and we can deliver kitchen and bathroom packages in with competitive pricing. We don't just sell cabinets, we sell complete projects. One story of a satisfied customer is that they came in for a closet remodel and that went well and then they came back for their kitchen and they weren't quite sure what they wanted to do. And so what we did is we helped them with the design and then added some ideas. We changed the design a little bit and uh she can't believe how it all turned out. She was just so excited. Every time I see her in town, she just is raving about her kitchen remodel and she's super happy. She's actually going to come back for more cabinets for another area of her home. Napa Kitchen and Bath started in 1997. My father, Rodney, was a contractor and he decided to add cabinets through a rep that he met and that rep ended up recommending all the cabinet lines that we have today. So, thanks to Mark, um, we're in this business and then in 2004, I started with my dad and he wanted to open the showroom because he was on the job site all the time and couldn't do both. And so we opened the showroom and brought in plumbing fixtures and tile and countertop material, flooring. We cabinet hardware. We have everything that you need to from the beginning to the end of your project. When customers come in the showroom, a lot of times they're fearful of the unknown, which could be their design or their budget. So we try to ease their minds by assisting them with options. We have a lot of options for them here. We can give them different price points for cabinetry or countertops or plumbing fixtures and that'll direct them to their dream kitchen.
