Hi, my name is Armando, and I'm the owner of MRM Construction. So, here at MRM Construction, where we offer residential remodels, commercial remodels, from the ground up, whether you need assistance with concrete, all the way to the end finish work, we, uh, strive to provide that to all our clients. Here at MRM Construction, we're different from everyone else because we're very prideful in our work, and we're also upfront and honest with everything we do. Whether it's the hard reality of some of these projects, I'd rather my clients be aware of everything. I'd rather them know this is what they're getting into without starting a project and then there's surprises later. I'd rather them know this is the possibility of what's to come, and let them know, you know, the true potential chances for something to happen with the project and what they may expect, so there's, there's no surprises at the end. My team at MRM Construction, we have a vast knowledge of multiple trades. If there's something that I don't know, I rely on my team to educate me. Uh, every day is a learning experience, so it's a team effort to get the projects done, and there's always many ways to get a job done, and, uh, we strive in, you know, taking feedback and constructive criticisms from everyone on the team, whether they're you're the new buck or, you know, the, the OG on the crew, we all look at each other to get the project done in the best way possible. So, one project comes to mind where I made a customer very satisfied. It was actually a jeweler store in San Francisco, and they had a large glass facade wall that this wall covered their safe, and they had it exposed for 2 years, and it was dreading to them, and they called me 'cause I did a small repair for another client for them and asked me to repair the job. Within 3 days, fixed it. It was a long 2-year battle for them that took us 3 days to fix for them, and it happened right before Christmas. I was told by one of the employees it was like the best Christmas gift he could get. They were dreading having to open this extremely heavy door, and the little project was nice and a, a nice little Christmas gift to all of us. So here, at M & M Construction, we strive in being honest and transparent. We strive in no surprises. When you meet me the first time, you're going to realize this is me the entire time, and I'm going to be on your side and willing to help you out with the entire project. And our goal here is at the end of this you're going to be happy with the work that you're provided and restore the faith in contractors all around. Hopefully, that means you'll give us a call back, but if that means you give any other contractor a chance and they're open and honest, that's what I'd like to hear.
