[Music] Hello, my name is Dave Steely. I am the owner operator of Maximum Carpet Cleaning here in Conquered, California. We clean carpets, upholstery, area rugs, and tile and grout. My company is an IICRC certified firm. What that means for the client is that we are certified, we're capable of working on any carpets. We meet all requirements by all manufacturers' warranties. Hi, my name is Brandon, and I've been cleaning carpets with my dad since 2012. Hard work and dedication is something very important to us, which reminds me of one of our valued customers who was getting ready to put their houses up on the market. Their realtor told them that unless they could remove these red dye spots on their carpet, they would have to recarpet their whole house. So, they gave us a call, and due to our hard work and effort, we were able to remove the dye spots 100% and save them the expense of having to recarpet the whole house. They were very happy with the way the carpet turned out and that we were able to remove the spots 100% for them. As a small family business, we have to go out there and do the best job we can every single time. We can't afford to buy new clients, so all of our business, 99% of our business, is repeats and referral-based business. The reason they should call us is our knowledge, our effort, the quality. We care for their homes as if it was our own. You know, even after 20 years of being in business, I still love hearing when my clients tell me how great of a job we did, how they walk in and take a look at the carpets, and they're just thrilled. They're amazed at the work that we did, the results, and we hear it all the time. They've had it cleaned several times before, and no one has ever got their carpets that clean or put that much time and effort and care into cleaning their carpets. And it's a great feeling. It's very satisfying to hear that, and luckily, I can say we hear it quite often.
