[Music] Hi, I'm Jimmy BL Weiss. I work as a project manager for Masterful Construction. We are based in Sonteo, California. Masterful Construction is a licensed and insured GC. We're based here in Sonteo County. We do big projects that are residential from new construction, ADU, and smaller projects as well. We manage the full project from A to Z. That will be from the planning throughout the permitting process and throughout the whole project. We are hands-on and we make sure we communicate on a daily basis the milestones and the progress. From a client's point of view, we are very hands-on when it comes to communicating. Once a project is agreed and the contract is signed upon, we will open a WhatsApp group that will involve all the relevant figures in the company from engineers, architects, project managers, and logistics, including the back office that will go and help us all be on the same page. Our team consists out of architects, project managers, experienced craftsmen, and trusted subcontractors we've been working with for years. We make sure the project runs smoothly in various ways. One of them is visiting the projects on a daily basis. And we only work with contractors we trust and we have a relationship for years. Everyone in our team is committed for the same goal, which is delivering outstanding results and making sure the process is easy and respectful to the homeowner.
