[Music] hi my name is or Jacob and I'm the vice president and director of project development for lemon remodeling here in the Bay Area so here at lemon remodeling some of the products that we offer are going to be kitchen remodels bathroom remodels adus full home remodels Room Editions new constructions um anything that you can think of the owner has been working in construction since he was a kid uh he was working with his father who was a contractor and um around 2007 after his father had decided to retire the owner had opened up his own company and basically built a 21st century full design and buil company that integrated technology fully into the process so from those humble beginnings now pretty much what we do is all new constructions residential remodeling full houses kitchens bathrooms uh and as mentioned before we integrated fully the technology into the company so we use all the most modern and up-to-date technology to help guide the clients and help guide the projects through the process of construction and remodeling and now we're running about 15 projects at a time at any given moment um all over the Bay Area all up and down the peninsula in the East Bay so the projects that we're currently doing range from just a bathroom to large scale projects like this full new construction Adu right here so the homeowners currently live in a three-bedroom two-b house and as the family expands and the kids get older uh they needed more space so they opted to build this back house to get that extra space plus gaining a little bit of privacy as the kids get older they get their space as family comes to town to visit they get their own space as well so when you need your next remodeling project done call Lemon remodeling we'll come by we'll give you a free consultation we'll treat you like family and we'll take very good care of you
