[Music] Hey everyone, my name is Juan Carlos Vargas, and I'm the CEO of Ingenious General Construction. Ingenious General Construction has two divisions. We have the division of the remodeling side and the landscape. On the remodeling side, we can help you with ADUs, uh, garage conversions, kitchens, and bathrooms. On the landscape, we can help you with pools, pavers, retaining walls, uh, patio covers, or any barbecues. So, we are a one-stop company that can help you throughout the whole project from the remodeling side to the landscape. Our process is from the sales, we're going to help you figuring out your budget through the pre-construction work. We're going to help you with a GAN schedule, payment schedule, and also how your project is going to look through the process. At Engineer General Construction, together with all my team, we have over 100 years of experience. Every single employee is certified on their trade. For example, we are certified on the plumbing trade, electrical, concrete, and heavy equipment excavation. A perfect example of a great project is this project we currently right now. Uh, this is a pool uh, house. So this project is pretty special because uh, needed manpower. Uh, the ADU is 50 feet uh, lower than the street. So we couldn't have any heavy equipment. So we have to do it with uh, everything manually. As you can see, the quality is pretty good. We have some pretty big doors, windows. The level of quality uh, is good. Engineer General Construction started on 2017. I'm the second generation uh, on the construction industry. Uh, I started as a concrete uh, guy. My dad was uh, in the concrete industry. So, I learned everything in the concrete industry when I was 10 years old. I started doing that and then I started moving to general construction. Started with small projects.
